Geraldine Kennon

CEO & Founder

Early on, Geraldine Kennon learned the secrets of connecting with audiences. She began her career as an actress, appearing in television and on stage in New York City. An invitation to become the Artistic Director of an Equity Regional Theater in New York provided her the opportunity to combine her interest in business with her passion for theater and film.

Critical acclaim for her skills as an artistic director brought her to the attention of national politicians seeking advice on public speaking. Thus, coaching became an integral part of her career.

While working as a television producer for a prestigious production house, she identified a common thread that runs through the disciplines of writing, developing and producing film and video. This insight led her to develop a method for coaching which has successfully brought people from a place of fear, nervousness and timidity to being poised, passionate and effective communicators.

A three-year assignment in the Middle East training CEOs and Directors of non- profits and NGOs further expanded her horizons.

Teaching executives how to prepare and deliver fundraising presentations to European audiences enabled millions of dollars to be raised for important humanitarian work. As a result of this experience, international executives were soon seeking Geraldine’s counsel as someone well versed in international politics and business.

Since that time, Geraldine has continued coaching executives, helping them close billions of dollars in business in the financial industry. Geraldine served on the faculty of California Institute of the Arts from 1998-2002.
